On Sat (6/1/13)  I used the link provided on a Renaissance Fair website to purchase 7 advance tickets through Extremetix for the next day which also happened to be the last day of the event. During the ticket printing process my printer jammed and I stopped long enough to fix it. When I returned to the computer screen there was a timed out message and when I refreshed the page it was gone and I got a message to call customer support.  

I immediately called customer support only to get a recorded message that it was after hours and they are closed. The message gave no indication as to what their hours are or when they would return but instructed me to leave a message and someone would call me back. I left a message with my phone number and explained that I really needed help since the Sunday was the last day to attend.  I also sent an email to the only email address I could find. 

Sunday morning I checked and had no messages.  At noon on Sunday I still had no email reply or phone call from ExtremeTix.  I decided to search through my browser history and fortunately I found the ticket printing screen. I was able to print the tickets and we left only a little later than we had planned. Our tickets scanned without any issues and we had a great time. 

This morning when I checked my emails I saw that I had finally received an email at 4 pm Sunday afternoon from Yvonne S. saying she would be happy to assist me? I replied to her email Thanking her but that their response came too late and I had figured it on my own. If I had waited for their help my family would have missed it entirely since we are a hour and 15 mins drive from the event and it closes at 6 pm leaving little more than just enough time to park the car and walk from the parking lot to the gate.

I thought I would save time & money purchasing in advance but that is not the case. I will never use them again.
