Ther is no shortage of oil it is a lie. if you fart and they dont like the smell thats a reason to raise the cost of gas. Lets all start suite oil and gas company's for fraud. Then when they try to raise price because of law suite just join togther and take them over. Wake up the oil dont belong to them it is ours remember we the people. To sum it all up, the Federal Reserve is basically the 'kingpin' of the syndicate and it controls Wall Street & the U.S. government, along with the governments of Europe, wouldn't you agree?

First of all, it's really hard to take anyone seriously who cannot write a semi-literate post. With that said, there is no basis for a lawsuit.The real problem that causes artificial price increases at the pump is that oil is a commodity and is traded on the stock market. The direct cause of the increase is from the "speculators" in the stock market.
If our President had any backbone, and was not in bed with big oil, he would simply announce the release of various petroleum products from our "strategic reserve". That would cause prices to tumble back down to the $1-$2 a gallon range overnight.
We are being gouged by big oil, but our politicians and lawmakers are allowing it as they are in bed with big oil, one way or the other.
The only thing wer can do as consumers is lighten the demand, by reducing or even eliminating our petroleum usage. Consolidate your trips in your car, etc.
