Understanding all I had to pay was the shipping for trying there product. I did receive the ultimate facial on Dec.6,2011, but not the eyepothesis. Call the ultimate facial and they told me that this was a 1 week trial. How could I have tried this produce for a week before they billed my credit card. Note dates. Again, I was billed for eyepotesis, of which I did not receive,even the shipping was charged to my account. Both products, are asking for me to ship the produce back before they will credit my account. less any restocking fee. I have called my credit cards and am in process of disputing this
