Ez Cash They claim I took out a payday loan and never paid it back los angeles California

I had started receiving emails from this man Edward Gibson claiming I owed ez cash money for a payday loan I had.  I really didn't know what he was talking about because I didn't recall ever taking one out I had applied but never recieved anything.  So he tells me they are taking me to court unless I pay them 632.00. 

I told them I didn't have it then they wanted to do a payment plan.  But through all of this they never provided me with the proof thay claimed to have.  I asked them to send me a copy of the payment agreement in the mail. 

They never did. The funny thing is it takes this man 2-3 weeks to reply to my emails and he has been telling me for months we were going to court and he even gave me a cases number.  When i look myself up I can't find any cases but I don't know what to do because on top of this company I have another one claiming the same thing both have major scam reports and neither claim to know the other

Plus I don't have any form of contact for them besides email.
