 I purchased this software from them in January 2014, was told it will work on an Iphone that is jailbroken, well after converting the files and installing on the Iphone, the program would not open or work, I tried for  2 1/2 months to to get it on my iphone, and several e-mails back and forth with Michael Vargas, it still did not work. Michael Vargas then told me it works eaiser on an Android phone, so I bought one, still the same issue, program does not work. Now here we are are 5 months later, same problems.

After e-mailing Michael Vargas over 100 times, his responces were, "you need to use Firefox/Mozilla", I did, then he said "you need to use internet explorer" I did, then he said "erase everything from the phone and start over" I did that as well. Next he said "the files did not convert properly and I need to try again". I sent him pictures of what I see on the phone, and he said we need to start over again.

Now I am not a novice person when it comes to computers, software or cell phones, I deal with them on a dailey basis, I know how to unzip compressed files, and transfer files between multiple electronic items. i even asked Michael Vargas to send me the files converted from JAR to APK, he said he could not due to "copy right concerns", if this is your program I do not see an issue. I even offered to let him dial into my computer and install the files on the phone himself. He said "they do not do that because they do not have a computer".

I called the 888-505-9679 phone number pressed 0 talked to a live person, not Michael Vargas, I was told that a refund was issued on 4/3/2014, well here we are on 5/14/2014 and still no refund. Here is a copy of the e-mail they sent me

Sorry for the confusion.

I’m going to go ahead and issue you a refund.

We have processed your refund.

This company is a total RIP OFF, they have lied to me, misled me and everytime I proved them wrong they came up with another excuse as to why the program did not work. I did everything they said to do, and the program does not work.

Here is something to think about, if this program was a working program, why would they not sell it to yo already converted to go on your phone based on the phone you have, That would be like buying Microsoft program for your computer, once you buy it, then you are told you have to convert it to work on your computer.


What a crock of crap, I have never seen such a dishonest company in my life, between the lies, and excuses, everyone be ware, they are crooks. I do not think they would have a person such as me and pursure as much as I did, they just hope after a couple of e-mails people will just drop it and write it off as a bad debt. I do not do that.
