I WAS CHARGED A $30.00 FEE IN MY BANK ACCOUNT ON 12/23/10. I CALLED THE BANK ON 12/24/10 TO DISPUTE THE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. I DID TRY TO CONTACT THE 888/897-8045 PHONE NUMBER WAS JUST A MESSAGE SAYING "YOU HAVE REACHED US AFTER HOURS, YOU MAY CONTACT US AT WWW.CUSTOMERSUPPORTSECTION.COM" I TRIED THE WEBSITE, WHICH DOESN'T SEEM OFFICIAL. I WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WHO BANKS WITH JP MORGAN CHASE, THAT YOU HAVE ZERO LIABILITY FOR UNATHORIZED CHARGES AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH THIS CRIME. CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND ANY OTHER STATE AGENCY THAT WILL PUT THIS COMPANY ON NOTICE THAT WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS NOT RIGHT AND THE FUTURE OF THEIR SHADY PRACTICES WILL COME TO AN END SOON.

File a complaint with Internet Crime Bureau

AUTHOR: Suckernomore - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 28, 2010

Hi,

I am having the same problem with EZ Loan Protection. I promised them I would file a complaint against them, so I have filed with Consumer Affairs.com, Ripoff Report, 800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-888-897-8045, and the Internet Crime Bureau (FBI Cyber Crimes) ...I suggest you do the same. Let's get these thieves out of business. They are taking our money and they're getting rich while we're getting ulcers or worse.

To Mr. Whomever You Are,

AUTHOR: Lisa - (USA)

I didn't apply for a payday loan, I have a Job for one. Two: I did call the bank, the dispute was taken over the phone and there was no writing necessary on my part. Three: Know what you are talking about before you try to get into situations you know nothing about. My charges were removed the same day. Get a life.

Easy solution! STOP giving out your bank account info!!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, December 24, 2010

People can only take money from your bank account if YOU give them the account info!!

DON'T EVER GIVE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFO TO ANYONE!!!

Problem solved.

After doing some investigation, it appears that these "charges" are tied to PAYDAY LOANS.

Have you taken out a payday loan and given out your bank account info?

And, FYI..You need to do disputes on your account in writing, as phone calls do not protect your rights. I say this because I notice that you said you CALLED your bank.

Don't blame this on the bank. Take responsibility yourself. The bank didn't take your money, and the bank is not going to just eat it, you have to do your part in the resolution process.
