Recently widowed I attempted to buy a mobile in the the Lakes at Country Wood. I was told the larger DOWN PAYMENT I could put down the better chance of being financed I would have. My Credit score is overe 700 so I really did'n think there would be a problem.

I was denied financing and told I would recieve my $10,000.00 DOWN PAYMENT refunded in the mail.

That was 4 weeks ago and I'm now seeing reports of how this company has attempted to scam people out of the Down Payments.

This was my ENTIRE savings.

My refund of down payment was recieved today. I want to thank Tammy Paxton for all the help she provided. My frustration was with their corprate office in taking so long to send out the check.
