I purchased a remanfactured polycom speakerphone 2w phone from FACTORY OUTLET STORE.COM at a pretty good price, They sent me the unit in terrible condition when it was supose to be refurbished, I took tuis unit to my customer to install it and was surprised to find out the condition of the unit. I then hooked it up to make it operate and it didn't work  I then called FACTORY OUTLET STORE .COM and was placed on hold for 1 hour and 15 min. What a joke. The units they sent me didn't pair with each other they were 2 different codes that need to match to work.

I finally got to talk to a person at Polycom because they left me on hold for so long i decided to call the manfacture and they told me to return the items because ghey dont match. I called FACTORY OUTLET STORE and went right to the sales dept. because they answer there phone calls right away because it is another sale they dont care about you after the sale. I asked for a supervisor because when you call they send your call to a foreign country and you can't understand a dam thing they are saying,

so I finally got to talk to a supervisor 2 days later and explained to Mellissa (the supervisor) the situation and asked if they would send me a brand new unit at the same price and she stated that she would do that for me , I then related that back to my customer and he thanked me and waited patiently the new packaged arrived adn guess what it was another piece of junk they sent me,I contacted Mellissa and explained the situation to her and see appoligized for the mishap and said she would make sure that she goes out of her way to make sure I would get a brand new one.

I waited for the new one and of course it was another refurbished one, how do you tell your customer you are getting them a new one and you keep getting a piece of junk this company is a total joke if you deal with them be ready for a ride to hell because that is where there taking you. When the last package came it was also used and I called and spoke to another supervisor and she stated to me that she wold not send me a new unit. I asked to have it returned and refund my account in full.
