Fafco Terrible corporate behavior and customer service Chico California

 This company is the most unprofessional we've ever experienced. We initially learned of them over a decade ago when they were in Redwood City before they moved to Chico. They were unresponsive and unhelpful then.

Now up in Chico they will not return calls (over a 7 made so far without any reply) and even asking for the customer service persons manager Susan resulted without a call back.

We are only trying to do a unique installation and hoped for some engineering guidance which would have taken a total of two 5 minute calls but now, after we have tried to call multiple days, weeks and 4 times over the last two days, we still have nothing to show for it. We hate this company.
