Fairbanks purchased our mortgage from another mortgage company. Over a period of 3 years they raised our mortgage payments from $1000.00 to 1300.00... our escrow disappeared... they were going to raise our payment again.. we decided to sell our home rather then be ripped off.. We found a buyer.. when we were given the payoff of our mortgage is was $141.616.56.. when we close and the buyers bank called for the payoff they were told the payoff was $148,070.63...
which they paid to Fairbanks... they calculated interest amounting to $4,111.94 on top of the payoff... also Escrow/Impound balance of $2,894.79... a late charge of $218.80.... we ended up with no profit from the sale of the house... We have lost our home and all equity we had in it.... We need help as do many others who have been ripped off by Fairbanks Capital... Thank you...
