I haven't sold any body scrubs in California, and no reports have been made by anyone who has purchased products from me. Etsy has a very strict policy, and my shop offers returns on any items purchased.  Etsy also has no report of such a claim.I have a five star review, and a very loyal following.

The person who filed the complaint did not offer any information where the item was purchased, the date it was purchased, nor mention of asking for a refund. I have records of all items sold, and no one named Nancy has purchased any items from me. I also do not make facial scrubs, it is not now, nor has it ever been part of my line of products. I find it ironic that someone would be so spiteful and unethical in their endeavors . However, I dispute this allegation, as simply rhetoric.

I think perhaps this person is delusional, and has other reasons to file a complaint against me personally. I can't imagine why someone would purposely try to ruin someones reputation by lying, but I suppose it is just who they are. If they have an order on etsy, it would be recorded through the website.

I stand behind my products, and have never refused a refund, return or exchange for any of my products. I find it appaling that you would let someone post such an accusation without any proof. I believe that is referred to as slander.
