Dispute incomplete transaction Store# 06746 Adress: 1312 Southern Blvd Bronx New York, Receipt: 99067460282880167963 I am writing to make a complaint against my local family dollar for an incomplete money transaction that was never loaded to my account in the amount of $76.00. I have continued to go back in fourth between my bank and this company without a resolution. I have also done previous load transactions on my American Express Serve card through family Dollar and have never had any issues other than current situation. Furthermore, I have copies of my receipt and transaction history supporting my position. Please investigate this matter and correct the error as soon as possible. Sincerely, Crystal Eaddy
