family dollar wrongful termination Internet

i was a family dollar manager almost 8years.i was terminated from family dollar because my district manager,rvp,an another manager said i fell to protect the asset.i did everything in my power to stop the shrink but when u are in a store by your self most of the day the thieves knows this.you would have to be the cashier in the morning until 12 put out stock it was just hard to do.then when you have people working for you stealing an you put them in jail like your asst manager an your cashier still not enough.i call my district manager an call the police so i know i did my job.i had several clerks arrest,customers,an asst.manager so i know i did my job.i work like a slave in that store,i work from 7am to 9pm 3 to 4 days a week without a break because my payroll was less in my district.then when you have to do schematics,cycles counts being the cashier,putting out stock then your district manager comes in tell you why this is not done get your people in to help you then you get a write up because you are now over payroll.then your RVP call you with a nasty attitude then you tell him don"t talk to you like that did your are on his shit list.this man has come in the store doing the holidays raising his voice at you in front of the customers like you is just shit to him.then he goes to other stores an talk about you an your store.but as managers we can't do that because we would be fired.i have had to unload trucks by myself,then we were told about a union rep was coming to talk to us my district manager told me we don't need does people in our business we have a support group for that,at no time do any body talk to them.i was the less paid manager in the district where other managers just started making 650.00 to 750.00 a week they didn't want me to find out but i needed my jobs since i was at family dollar men was always paid the most an if the dm find out that you know what the other managers was making you becomes a problem then when they tell you as a manager that you will work 52hour a week nothing but a lie,you are now their slaves.my dm send out a memo for the christmas holiday to remind of of getting enough change because the bank will be close.so i knew that but then he stated on the memo that obama talk about change but this is one change he can't help us with.why he had to say that when bush was still the president an nothing was done about that.i had to endure a lot from the rvp,an the dm.when my asst found out that other asst was making between 9 to 13 dollar an hour they were very upset.their was nothing that i could do because i was less paid in the district too.i have ran that store 3 weeks open to close without a day off no help from my dm or other manager,they were saving money.my asst managers could only get paid 8dollar an hour.i only had 2 camera in the whole store at the registers an the back door,no eas tags no nothing to help me see in the back of the store.if your asst call in on you that mean the day you plan to have off was gone for that week.i never really knew what slavery was all about until i was made manager there.then when you think that your district manager is someone you could take too,he goes to other stores an talk about you to the other managers.what do you suppose to think about him because you can't call the rvp because he talk about you too when he visit your store.some of my clerks had criminal background didn't find out until i caught them stealing from the company,but it never show up on family dollar background check.family dollar wants you too unload the trucks by yourself unless they tell you to pay people off the street that not employ there they told me to do a payout at the register i had 1700 pieces that week,as long as it is helping them but if for any reason you get someone to help you they will terminate you.i know this because i have done a payout at the register to people that was employ there an the dm an the rvp authorize it.if i didn't put my pay in this is what i was making 570.00 a week.the thieves can pass there survey with fling colors when the good honest people can't,then you find out that they are still you blind.then i found out that my long term asst was stealing me blind but then they terminate me an later the asst quit an then send the keys by her husband.then when my rvp came again went into the warehouse started throwing things on the floor saying get this out i told him i was not going to pick that off that floor so i left it there because it was on a u-boat,then he was screaming at me in front of my customers he had no respect for me i told my cashier i know he doesn't like me.i will not let him talk to me any kind of way in private nor in front of my customers.they need to take family out of family dollar an put all about a dollar.
