Hello,
I bought a Turbo Vac from the makers Simoniz from family dollar in Tucson AZ
Store #06053 - 5089 S. Midvale park Rd, Tucson, AZ 85746. When I got home I
vacuumed the passenger side floor and while I was vacuuming the right side, the
product shocked me and then overheated. I dropped the product from my hand and
then turned of the care and unplugged it. Immediately, I took it back to the
store and told the associates what happened. There was no incident report or
anything, not even an apology, she just returned my money. On the receipt it
stated that I "did not want" the product. I am very upset about how
this situation was handled. This product should be discontinued.

You could be standing in water and not get electrocuted by this device.
Disregard Josey, the whiner, he complains and whimpers like a baby about ALL rebuttals and offers NO useful help of his own...a TOTAL MORON.

Their rebutt are pointless and useless, butt they must reply with something. Grammar and common mistakes are what the Team looks for, not real problems

You state YOU were electrocuted.
Here's the definition of electrocution...
Electrocution is death caused by electric shock, either accidental or deliberate. The word is derived from "electro" and "execution", but it is also used for accidental death.
Do you have Wi-Fi in your coffin?
Was this a 12volt or 120volt vacuum?
Actually, glad you seem to be okay (IF it's you writing this), but you seem to be a bit of a drama queen.
What does "turned of the care" mean?
