family mobile okay i pay my family mobile bill ten days ago now i gotta pay 52 more dollars.....or its gonna be off ...so basically i payed for a month that the phone wasn't on and i only got ten days to use it ......all im saying i want my money back....ill go to another place better... columbia columbia

ok i payed my family mobile bile on June 6,2013...53.44 cents....when all of a sutton on june 16 its saying that i have to pay another 52.01 cents ..so basically i payed for free all i want is my 53.44 cents back because i could ooooooof juoooooost spoent that somewhere oelse confirmation code1011747211

Im just taking the time out to give you feedback to the report that u have written...

walmart family mobile issnt a prepaid company, it is postpaid(non contract) meaning you use the services first and then we bill you afterwards. If you paid a bill on 6/6/13 and then another one came out on 6/16/13 that means that you were a month behind(didnt pay april bill).

 First sorry but thats the cost of a prepaid phone and service. If your bill was due and you were late in getting it in, then any money you put on is for a set period of cellphone time. So if your bill was due on 5/11/13 but you didnt put money on until 6/1/13, then your stuck. You paid for limited time. You will only get the amount of time from your actual payment and the next cycle of your bill. Your best bet is if you are ever late in paying your bill, and your not going to have the money within 5 days, then go a month w/o a phone. Pay your amount on the next billing cycle and you will get full time.

All of this is information that is available to you online. It will also be in your paperwork that came with your phone.
