Fantastic Sam's Went in for a perm. Kelli sat me down for the process. She left the solution in for 30 minutes without checking for the curl. She then proceeded to rinse and neutralize for 5 minutes. When I got in front of the mirror, the curl was only on the front bottom of my hair! She said she could reperm in 14 days. I went to a friend of mine who is a professional in the business for 20 years. My hair was over processed and we had to cut it short! They won't refund me, but I am disputing it with the credit card company. I paid $105 for them to destroy my hair!!! Never again! It will take months for my hair to be healthy again!! Walked into my local Fantastic Sam's at 9:30 am.  There was no one in there and I figured I'd be there for a short time.  Kelli sat me down, I told her I wanted a perm and she didn't even have a consultation with  me.  She proceeded to roll my hair in prep for the perm.  She put the solution on for 30  minutes, without even checkin for the curl.  She then took me over to the sink to rinse and apply the neautralizer.  When I returned to her station, I was horrified!  The curl was only on the bottom of my hair!  I looked like a freak!  She charged me $100 for a service that didn't take.  Ok, we discussed it and agreed to reperm in 14 days.  I was miserable so I contacted a friend of mine who has been a beautician for 20 years.  She was horrified when she saw my hair!  It was over processed and damaged.  She had to cut it short and now I have to nurse it back to health, which will be about 6 months!  I called and cancelled the appointment with Kelli for reperm and they won't refund me!  I had to go buy a curling iron to hair decent looking hair and have to now allow an additional 20 minutes in the morning to do my hair!  I wentfor a prerm to make my life easier, not the way it worked out!!!!
