On Septemeber 21, 2015 I had gone in to fastfix to have a ring repaired where the band had broke. They informed me it needed repaired in two other spots on the band and that because it was hard for me to remove the ring, they said it had to be sized to a 7 from a 5 3//4.

On Septemeber 24, 2015 I went to pick up my ring and it was way to big. They now had to resize it down to a 6 from a 7. I asked if they could take the extra gold that they were removing when they down sized the ring and make the band thicker, as it was very thin from the sizing. They informed me it was a different procedure and it would cost me an additional $400.00.

I told them to forget it and just resize my ring at no charge. On september 29, 2015 I went to pick up my ring and the band looked very thin in all three areas that they said they repaired. I told them it didn't look right and they told me it's fine. They only give a 30 day warranty for all repairs.

Now on January 25, 2016 the ring band broke again and they said it would cost me about $45.00-50.00 to repair it. They said it no longer was under warranty. It cost me $131.00 the first time for them to resize bigger then resize smaller and to make the band so thin that it broke from removing all the gold. I do still have all my receipts.

I want my ring repaired in all three spots that they had taken gold out and I can see all the breaks. I also want my $131.00 back for them not doing the job right in the first place. There was no reason  to make the ring bigger over a whole size only to then have to make the ring smaller again.  I also think they may have replaced some of the diamonds with less quality and chipped diamonds.

They sell lots of diamond jewelry and other  items. My ring looks different besides the broken band in the three areas, I mentioned it when I picked up my ring and they said everything was the same and the band was fine.

I feel ripped off and they kept my ring so long that I believe they replaced some of the diamonds and took out to much gold so thats why it broke again. I get no response from them except that its no longer under warranty.

I want my ring fixed, my diamonds and money returned. If they want to give me money for the damages I will take my ring to a real jeweler for repair.
