Two days after signing up I was charged $19.98. Funny because even if I had signed up to their pay service it's $9.98/mo
I spoke with several people at the company to try and obtain a refund. Overall they were extremely rude and told me their company policy is they don't issue refunds. It's not a refund. They told me I was getting a free trial and then stole from me. I want back the money they stole.
Perhaps a better company policy would be not to fraud people out of their money! Apparently they have a long rap sheet if you search here at Ripoff Report as well as 490 complaints with BBB.
