The FBI in Lawton needs to be investigated by somebody in Washington D.C.! They came out to my private property where I've lived for the past 30 years with a d**n S.W.A.T team of 30 men, and told me they have a search warrant to search my property. I asked what they were looking for, and they would not tell me! An agent named Lang asked if i had any weapons in the house. I asked him would it be against the law if i did have weapons? He said in a loud voice, TELL US WHERE THE WEAPONS ARE! I told him I only have one and it's in the closet. I was then asked several questions about how long I've owned guns, and what I used them for. I was also asked if i had any drugs in the house. I told him no, I don't do drugs. They ransacked my house, took my closet door off it's hinges, ripped open my pillows on my bed, threw my personal documents, checkbooks, and personal photos in the floor! The refrigerator door was left open! They took several things from my house. I talked to a lawyer, and he told me the affidavit for the search warrant is sealed. I asked how I could get a copy of it, and he told me he couldn't get it unless I paid him 3,500 dollars. He then said in order to file a case against the FBI, he would also need $30,000 dollars. He then said, but if they decide not to press charges against you, I can't give you a refund. I asked the lawyer if they had probable cause to search my property. He said not unless they knew of or someone else witnessed a crime taking place on your property. I told him that I don't do drugs, and I have never been convicted of anything. He said well, Let me get $3,500 dollars from you and I'll check it out. He also said it could have been a false report by a police officer, or a neighbor that just didn't like me. He asked if i have any enemies that want to see me put away, I told him I have enemies, but not sure they would want this to happen. So, I don't know what's going on, and why the FBI had a search warrant to search my house and ten acres of land. I don't know if I trust this lawyer either. I suddenly feel like a fugitive, but haven't committed a crime that I know of. Not unless new laws have been put in place that I don't know about. And since when is it illegal to own a gun? I thought the 2nd Amendment allows the people to own a gun? I never said I agree to waive my Constitutional rights and told them that, and they ignored me. I feel like I'm being tossed around by attorneys and none of them want to help except that one lawyer who wants $3,500 from me. I never was told I was under arrest. A copy of what they took from me was left near the massive pile of rubble in my living room. I did not do a d**n thing to deserve this! I've never been convicted of any felonies, and I have a clean record! This is a violation of my 4th Amendment rights against unreasonable search and seizure, and my 2nd Amendment rights to own a gun!

Rights slightly suspended?

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, January 21, 2016

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Second Amendment doesn't say " the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed except by the FBI, cops, and any other government agency that wants to snoop around on your property whenever and however they like." It says "the right of the people to bear and keep arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" ! Plain and simple!

Using the Fifth Amendment is not Obstruction of Justice!

If I were to try and state my case by posting the items they took from my house, then anyone could try and say that since they took a certain item, they were looking for A so I will be charged with B. So I'm not going to list the items the FBI took. It's a form of self incrimination. It's irrelevant anyway, since they never charged me for anything. It seems they were trying to find something to charge me with possibly because someone in a high position of authority swore an oath that items A,B, and C could be found on my property. He or she also had to swear that those items were evidence of criminal activity. Since I never was charged with a crime, the items that the informant claimed were there, was FALSE INFORMATION. So if a search warrant was signed by a judge using false information or documents for probable cause, that makes the search ILLEGAL! Which is a violation of my 4th Amendment right.

Games the FBI play

Yeah he does sound like a cop. The way he talks sounds like it came right from a text book. He was trying to get me to incriminate myself by saying "You're not telling the truth!" I've heard all kinds of stories in the news, in the media and on the internet of people who have had their rights violated by cops. It seems to be a common everyday occurence in recent years. It's like it's what they're taught to do. Either that or they are trying to get a big bonus for being a HERO! I honestly don't know how some of these cops sleep at night after what they do to people. What would cops so if there was no criminal activity?

not for nothing Tyg but THE POLICE CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND GET AWAY WITH IT! there's plenty of examples of that with cops killing ppl and not even getting a slap on the wrist...have u seen the series on Netflix called "making a murderer"? u have no idea what happened other than the story that was told and you're blaming it on the person that says he's the victim. u sound like you're defending the feds Tyg, u must be a cop! smh

Self Incrimination

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Saturday, January 16, 2016

If you think you are going to get me to incriminate myself on a public website, you're wrong! It doesn't matter what they took, I wasn't charged with anything. If that search warrant was executed with false information being presented, I will find out about it, even if you do have the search warrant affidavit sealed! I'll also hire an attorney who knows how to subpoena that information, unless of course some agent contacts that lawyer and makes a deal to keep me in the dark which I've heard the FBI has been known to do.

YOU are wrong sir. YOUR 4th amendment rights were NOT violated since its NOT unreasonable searches but ILLEGAL searches. The search was LEGAL because it was presented to a Judge with just cause. IF you are as innocent as YOU claim then NOTHING would have been taken from your home. Obviously the FBI has YOU in its sights for something YOU have done. Yes mistakes happen. Bad information DOES happen. But as I said if it was indeed the case of a mistaken identity then NOTHING would have been siezed from your home. As for your second amendment rights, THOSE are slightly suspended when dealing with the authorities. YOU were asked if YOU owned guns. Instead of doing the CORRECT thing and say "Yes sir, I have them secured here" YOU chose to be an a*s about it. YOU dont get to screw around when dealing with the authorities. Its NOT WISE to piss off the people who have come to execute a LEGAL search warrant. Neither have YOUR second amendment rights been violated in ANY WAY!!! That is just YOU being butt hurt over having your personal property gone through by strangers. If not for the FACT that items were siezed from YOUR HOME I would be supportive of your post. But since items WERE siezed then YOU are NOT telling us all the WHOLE TRUTH!!!
