I also have had a horrible time with my old Spiegel Account. All I can Offer is a number to customer service that works. Please everyone call 516-576-8785. Do not be fooled it is not the same number as all the rest. The last two numbers are different. Maybe if all all call day and night something will change. They say that they are open 24 hours for our convience. What a load!!
