Federal Debt Relief System Ripoff, Ripoff, FDRS is nothing but a DAM RIPOFF HOLLYWOOD CALIFORNIA

Around March of 2008 i signed up with FDRS because i was deeply in debt with credit cards. The agent for FDRS told me that they could eleminate my debt in 18 months. My debt was large, near One Hundred Thousand.I was to pay them $1432.02 per month after two initial payments of $2741.47. I paid them a total of around $17,000 before i was notified to get out by the person that signed me up. That person name was Randel. I had for months a feeling deep inside that something was not right about FDRS but i had put much into this program an just wouldn't belive i was being scamed. I had many debt collectors after me and was even sued buy one creditor. I was told by FDRS not to worry, I wouldn't have to appear in court. I received a court summons but no one from FDRS repersented me. I was alone and you can imagine how that turned out. I was not able to notify FDRS of the outcome because that same day i got an email from Randel, with FDRS. That email, i still have it said that i needed to get out because the company was under investigation as a scam. This happen in December of 2008. That same day i sent a letter to FDRS requesting a return of the money that i had payed into the system. I have received no reply although my membership was canceled. I am trying to find a way to sue them. I advise anyone who is with them to get out because they wont help you, only take your money.
