We worked for the last month and a half while most of the employees paychecks had bounced but because of the loyalty to our Management and a lot of BS from them and our President (Bill Anz) we thought everything was getting resolved. I am an x employee of FLM. I dont know the exact dates, but I will do my best. In the beginning of April the FTC filed 5 charges against FLM. We were told that everything was ok and that the charges were being dropped and everything was being resolved and would be back to normal soon. They also promissed that all files were being worked on. In the mean time our next paycheck had bounced. They assured us that it was because of the FTC but that the funds would be released soon. Since then most of the employees havent been able to cash there checks (some have famillies). We worked for a month and a half while hoping that this situation would be resolved and because most of us have relationships with the management we beleaved that they were telling us the truth. Well, we still havent been paid and now we hear that there is only a small staff working on the clients that they have. I feel very bad for these home owners who believed in us, trust me all the employees feel the same. We are all in the same boat and feel very screwed by FLM. I wish I could help but we werent even alloud to take phone numbers home to call and warn you. Please file a complaint against Bill Anz and hopefully something can be resolved for you and us.
