I ordered something from New York to be delivered by FraudEx.

It was shipped on January 23 but will not arrive until February 13.

How is it even possible that it should take 21 days for "FedEx" (I used to assume that the “Ex” meant “Express”) to ship a small package from New York to Hawaii?

The Pony Express and a slow freighter could get it here quicker.

FraudEx is pathetic. FraudEx needs to get it together.

FraudEx has come up with a "brilliant" plan to address my concerns about how long is has taken to ship something from New York to Honolulu. They suggested that when it gets here. I should refuse it and reorder it! FrauxEx's suggestion makes no sense at all. The only way I can refuse it is if it is delivered. If it is delivered, I would have it. If I have it, why would I refuse it. Ridiculous

Thank You Mr. FraudEx

I hope you get paid well for being a FraudEx apologist.

So, are you saying all packages have been delayed? That no flights, trains, trucks, etc. have been able to leave the east coast?

For your information (which apparently is no interest to you), the package took 7 days to get from New York to California and will take another 14 days to get from California to Hawaii.

I (and the weather channel) must have missed the big snow storm in Chino California.

If it's fun to spout off without knowing any facts, you must be the happiest guy on earth.

A little understanding...

Maybe in your lush tropical paradise the concept of SNOW must be completly foriegn to you. But let me assure you that Fedex is NOT dragging their feet without a good reason. The Northern part of the states are suffering from the WORST winter in over 50years. Since your package is comming from New York, this means its comming from DEEP in the winter zone. This delays flights which in turn delays your package. Im guessing you dont use critical thinking much. If you did you would understand the presure that ALL of the package delivery companies are under right now. Maybe if you switched over to the weather channel you would get a good idea as to what everyone in the North East section of the US is dealing with. And not to put too fine a point on this but you live on an island. Pretty much EVERYTHING you purchase is going to have a markup and you have to wait for them to either fly or float products into you so waiting is a common practice for any resident. So just apply that patience you have to have for everyday items towards this issue. Its just the costs associated with living on an island. It just so happens that there is additional time due to inclement weather.

The ONLY "pathetic" entity here is you. Sorry but when you cant even figure out on your own that there is severe weather causing you to wait, but instead think its perfectly alright to bash Fedex OVER SOMETHING THEY CANNOT CONTROL!!! Let us all know when YOU can control the weather or one of the volcanoes on the islands, then maybe you can call them pathetic.
