fedex PLAIN POOR SERVICE Internet

I receive packages via Fedex in Florida and Europe Spain and each and every time without fail Im disappointed in their service, usually because the package is late, or they wont leave it without signature or delivery times vary  day to day. In the US they also pass parcels to USPS for delivery. Overall its a ramshackle operation. In some countries even using odd 3rd party agents, so watch out for that those of you who send international.

However identical deliveries via UPS have for years ALWAYS been satisfactory. When  ordering i always stipulate UPS and NEVER to use Fedex, but some companies  seem to like Fedex, probably because their rates are cheap - rates and  service too.
