I am not a disgruntled former employee. I am a disgrunted customer. I would like to hear from more of your disgruntled former employees. They know you better than your customers. Being a disgruntled former employee does not make that employee a liar.
What's the purpose of having your individual employees speaking their piece. They work for your organizdation. Do you expect anyone to believe that they are going to say anything adverse about FSG and miss a paycheck? Not likely.
Please send me a list of your satisfied customers so I can give them a call and see what they have to say. Also, please send me a list of those customers that are not so satisfied. I would like to talk with them too.
I paid you $2,600 for advertising space and received nothing for it but a hard time. Your customer in Stuart, Florida, said he paid you $1,500 for advertising space and got nothing in return. Your customer in Brookville, Fl. said he paid you $5,000 for advertising space and got nothing in return. Your customer in the Miami-Dade area says he paid you $400 and got nothing in return.
You know who they are. Be the professionals you should be. Do the right thing and refund their money, instead of trying to "gang up" against Peter of Winter Park and divert attention from yourself. Fix the problem, and move on. Stop trying to defend the indefensible.
You advertise FSG as a woman-owned company!. I say to that woman. "Wake up Woman Owner. Take care of your customers and your business. Do the right thing. Three cheers for Peter of Winter Park for speaking out. Thanks Peter! Good job. Way to go! A thousand "atta boys" to you.

Woman owned?

If you review Florida corporate records, you will see that these companies are controlled by James Dale Sprecher and Phillip Louis Sprecher. According to their multiple arrest records, they are both male.
If you review their arrest and court records (available on the internet), you will see James's colorful history of embezzlement and fraud for which he served federal jail time and was ordered to pay restitution in excess of three million dollars (that's a lot of embezzling). Phillip's eight arrest records generally involve posession of heroin and marijuana.
If you enter the tiger's cage, you'll get mauled. It's in the tiger's nature. If you do business with Sprecher-owned companies, you'll get cheated. It's in the Sprechers' nature.

As a small business owner you make hard decisions on where and what to advertise to bring in business. If you decide to show your company name on a billboard and you do not get any revenue from that billboard that cost you $1,000 for 6 months, I doubt that you asked that advertising company for a refund.
The same principal applies here. You took a chance in advertising in a book that is circulated in front of government agencies. If you did not get response it is not the advertisers fualt. And if you think it is, then you do not know a thing about advertising properly for your company in the fist place.
Consider this a hard lesson learned, and maybe next time you will figure out where to put your effort in for drawing in new customers.
Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
