Let me start this off by saying this. We are not here to throw low blows, talk down on other businesses, or belittle anyone at all.  We are just here to clear the air, and let the real TRUTH be known.

These complaints are bold face lies, and downright laughable .  We know exactly who this company is, and why they are complaining.  We called this company to be our go to company in an industry for our Keller Williams office.  See, we have individual contracts with BROKERS, that work for KW, ReMax, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and numerous other real estate offices across the nation.   We sent a cover of the folder to them, with the name of the office, and broker, which CLEARLY stated on the front,  "Each office is independently owned and operated".  

Well, apparently that wasn't good enough, and they were "confused".  They called and started problems by complaining to our broker, and our team of agents.  There is nothing "Fraud", or deceptive about how we do things here.  200+ offices, and 6 years in business, doesnt seem "shady" to me.  It sounds more like a client trying to get free advertising, get in good with real eastate companies (I mean, you guys are a mortgage company) , and get logo and artwork designed, FREE OF CHARGE.

So let me ask you this, was your company not in CONSTANT contact with our graphic design team? Please dont lie, because I can post EVERY conversation that was had, via email, here as a rebuttal.

 Was artwork not completed? Did you not receive top of the line artwork, from a graphic design team that put in countless hours to make you happy?  Please don't lie, because I will be more than happy to post your artwork, with all of the contact info on it, as a rebuttal.  

Were your folders not printed out?  Please don't lie, because I can post a picture of the completed folder, with your ad on the folder, as a rebuttal.  

We inccurred all of the graphic design charges. Don't believe us? We have receipts. We printed out folders, folders, and more folders. Don't believe us? We have receipts. Everything was done on our part, and we provided EXCELLENT customer service.

Let's not sit here, and lie about things.  Why did your company, and anyone associated with your company, not respond to our phone calls and emails?

We've done any, and all things to make this company happy.  At the end of the day, we can only do what we can.  Unfortunately, there are people out here that you just can not please, even if that means going above and beyond the norm. Again, I urge any and all people reading this to feel free to give us a call, and ask any and all questions that you may have.
