I took a revolving credit line secured by my auto with them, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made.  I added Fidelity One to the title of my 2002 Honda Civic, and  took a $1,600 cash advance.  In 2.5 years, I've paid a little over $4300 in payments, but my balance is is still over $2,200.  They refuse to settle and will only offer to divide the ridiculous balance into a few payments.  They did do me the favor of lowering my interest rate so it is slightly under 50% per month.  Unless you have no other options or you want to be completely ripped off, avoid Fidelity One and all the other auto pawn companies like the plague.  You will either end up paying way more than your car is worth, or you will end up having your car repossessed after paying way more than you originally borrowed.  Either way, you will seriously regret dealing with them.

By the way, I never received any credit card, so I don't know how they are still getting away with marketing it that way.  Plus, no credit card I've heard of has a 600% APR

This is absolute pure fiction.  Fidelity One has some of the lowest rates in the nation, and has never, ever done a loan like the one described.  Not even close.  I think, in their desire to try to embarrass the company, they added a few zeros to the APR!

As evidence of this, Fidelity One has maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau for the past 5 years, and has many happy customers who have given them great references and recommendations.  In fact, not only do they have the least complaints of any lender of its type, they have the best rating and the highest customer satisfaction of any car title lender in the country.

The bottom line: when it comes to customer satisfaction, Fidelity One is the best there is.  They pride themselves on their reputation for integrity and customer service, and they invite you to check them out to see for yourself why thousands of people have given them an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
