Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. Services NOT covered at full cost for the maintenance Deerfield Beach Florida

We purchased a 2015 Kia Sedona from Regal Kia Lakeland, FL.  At the time of purchase we also purchased a Maintenance Contract from Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. through the dealership.  This was supposed to be a 7 year contract which was to cover all of the maintenance services required by Kia.  We paid $1,800 for this contract.  We used the first two coupons which basically covered oil changes and tire rotations.  We then relocated to another state (Ohio) and I took my vehicle in for the required service.  When they checked with Fidelity Warranty Services they were told that they would only be reimbursed for $40 for this service which was NOT enough to cover the required services.  I only had 21,350 miles on my car.  When I found out that they would not cover the full cost of the service I did not use the coupon put paid for the services out of my pocket.  I talked with Regal Kia of Lakeland and was basically told that the only way the services are covered totally is if it is taken to the dealership which the maintenance contract was purchased.  This was never explained to me at the time of purchase.  I told them that I wanted to cancel the contract and requested a refund.  I received a refund in the amount of $1,323.58 which means that my two oil change/tire rotations cost me $476.92.  This is a total ripoff.
