Fidelity warrant, an arm to South East Toyota and Scott Clark Toyota in Charlotte North Carolina are working together to deny customers' warranty claims.

I bought a brand new 2007 Toyota highlander with all the bells and whistles and even the extended warranty. Took my car to the dealership for all its services and maintenance that was necessary, AND THIS IS HOW THEY THANK Me.

I was driving on the interstate from work when my vehicle had a complete mechanical failure. All the lights on my dash lite up and the car lost power. I immediately pulled to the side and had my car towed to the dealership. One e dealership, Scott Clark Toyota in charlotte Roth Carolina inspected the damaged they determined that the ter pump failed causing damage to the engine.

The service manager and the tech both agreed there was no way for me to know that the water pump failed. The thermostat never indicated the car overheated and theref was no sign of over heating. Fidelity only covered the water pump mbut know is refusing to caver the repair for the engine because they claim "I shoulda have known the cr was over heating and caused further damaged to the engine by continuing to drive the care."

But yet the service tech and manager agree with me that the was no way I could have known. I guess I have to take it to arbitration per the contract language. Out of my own pocket$$$$. Advice for customers don't shop at Scott Clark Toyota and don't buy any of their extended warranties.

If it goes to Arbitration, you have about a 1% chance of winning.

The Arbitrators are paid by the companies and corporations who are being sued. So whose interest do you think that they really have in mind?

Trust me, the majority of the legal system in this country will protect the corporations because the corporations are the ones who have the BIG money to pay Arbitrators and the Lawyers who are really out to make money, not to protect innocent consumers like yourself.

Good luck.
