Truly unbelievable -- FIELD ASSET SERVICES, INC. Blames GOD for Foreclosure Break-In!   Yes, you read that right, Field Asset Services, Inc. (FAS) of Austin, Texas has blamed its own criminal actions on GOD.  GOD DID IT they said in court papers, defending their part in orchestrating an attempted break-in and assault on a legally residing tenant in California.  ??
FAS, along with DEUTSCHE BANK National Trust Co., INDYMAC Mortgage Services, Inc., realtor SUSAN KLINE of ReMax of Valencia, MONSTER MOWERS, Inc., and Monsters owner MATTHEW JAY COHICK was named in a lawsuit by two seniors who found themselves assaulted, lied to, conspired against, defrauded and finally evicted through the fraudulent actions of the bank and the complicity of the states court system.??All the defendants blamed the victims, stating, in effect, that a woman at home alone doing laundry should know in advance that a bunch of thug criminals are going to trespass onto her property, threaten her and attempt to break into her home and that if she suffers emotional distress its her own fault.  BUT only Field Asset Services, Inc. came up with the truly pathetic and ludicrous defense of its criminal actions when it said GOD was responsible, not FAS.  

That obscene defense was filed by FAS attorney LEONARD T. FINK of Springel & Fink, LLP with offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and Costa Mesa, CA.  Mr. Fink, it should be noted, previously told the victims that he was not going to answer their legal complaint because he wanted to save his billion dollar company the $395 fee that would have been required to file his legal document.  

Field Asset Services, Inc. is the nations largest home preservation company, one that works on behalf of big banks and mortgage companies to hire local trash out companies like Matthew Cohicks MONSTER MOWERS, INC. to break into peoples homes (allegedly those that have been foreclosed) to trash out the houses.

In the California case, realtor SUSAN KLINE OF REMAX of Valencia worked for Deutsche and IndyMac as their property manager and broker trying to force victims of the banks illegal actions to take cash for keys offers which may or may not be legitimate.  In the California lawsuit, Susan Kline was named because she lied and concealed information not just from the couple but also from the sheriffs department which was investigating the criminal trespass and assault.  ??

Aside from the banks themselves, Field Asset Services, Inc. is one of the most disreputable companies operating across the United States.
