for I have been using this account for deposits and withdrawals, no checks are written on this account. what I was saying is that if I have the money to cover one transaction and not the other dont charge me for both. I will take the one its my fault I didnt deduct 2.00 for a fee it left me short for the other transaction which was a cash withdrawal. but if you read further down the list at my other reports you will find that they have charge me a OD for a transaction done on the same day I made a deposit that was in cash. they never did give that back to me. also with f3 next day pending will cause transaction from the other day to be knocked out and you will be also charge a Od for something that went through 2 days ago. plus a od for the pending. and I have been down that road of using money orders and paying cash and its a pain to run all over the town paying the bills when I can just pick up the phone and say E check

Whichever bank you end up going to - the same thing will happen there. It isn't really the bank's fault. You need to stop looking online to determine the balance in your account. If you keep a written record of your transactions, you won't OD and incur any NSF's, no matter the number of pending transactions.
A CU will minimize the amount of NSF's though it sounds like you'd still incur one or two along the way - even with the situation you described.....

Hi...I'm in Louisville too...
Try a credit union...if you don't belong to a organization that has a credit union, join the L&N credit union...If you live in Jefferson County you are eligible to join....
Another option is to use your checking account ONLY for depositing and making cash withdraws ....Don't write checks or use debit cards on the account...If you have to pay by check, only withdraw the necessary cash and get a money order...They cost 49 cents at WalMart....Using this deposit and cash only withdraw method...you'll never have NSF fees.
