Alden: it has been six days since i filed my tax returns with your company. your web site states two days, right?

Alden: no email, no link or any person(s) have tried to call me/email me

Kathryn: Have you sent to our customer service department regarding this?

Alden: yes

Alden: twice

Alden: i talked to you last night about this. you told me that you were going to escalate this to a supervisor

Kathryn: No, I did not. I said if you did not get a reply by tonight, that I would forward your information to our management team.

Alden: right

Kathryn: If you can give me your user name, email address, year you filed and the first five digits of your SSN I will send it over to management for you.

Kathryn: Ok, I will send this in for you. A member of our management team will be contacting you via email regarding this.

Kathryn: No, we do not offer phone support.

Alden: what happens now?

Kathryn: You will need to wait for them to contact you.

Kathryn: It can take up to three full business days to get a reply.

Alden: since your company cannot produce my tax returns, can I get a refund on my card?

Kathryn: No.

Alden: no?

Kathryn: Before you submitted payment, it was clearly stated that a one-time nonrefundable fee will be applied to your credit card. This means that you will not be issued a refund for any reason.

Kathryn: You will need to wait for the management team to contact you regarding this problem.

Alden: even if services are done?

Kathryn: You will need to take this up with management, you can reply to their email when they contact you.
