Financial Recovery Services (travis Tyson) they talk to you like your trash, they don't argue with you reveal 3rd party info told my sister in law about a settement he sent me that is not his place to reveal then my sister in law called them back asked for travis supervisor gave her name of Paula then I called back and christina states she is a manager and said there is no one by the name of Paula there then claims I talk to a Marylou fake Superior Wisconsin

my sister in law got a call from a Male named Travis Tyson (Tysen) his phrase was we are calling to see about the settement he had sent me this was stated to my sister in law. she told him that this is not her. that is like telling 3rd party info. first off my sisters in laws telephone number is non listed. she got in touch with me I called and tried to talk to Travis Tyson (tysen) if that is really his name because when you call they give fake names. and he got on the line by saying that yeah your sister in law called his boss on him I didn't reply to that because I felt it was well deserved the way he was talking to me I was trying to take care of this even though he told 3rd party info anything like account , settlement, balance, anything revealed to a 3rd party who is not on the loan that is 3rd party disclosure, he was rude kept talking over me wouldn't let me say a word he kept saying how I had enough time to take care of this, when I was trying to say I have been disputting this and have never heard back from the creditor credit one. he just kept saying you owe this balance we can offer you a settlement amount he told 3 pmts for 3 months and then rest would have to pif by the next 2 months then told me it will be lower amount if i pay in one lump sum. I went to ask him a question and he talked over me I then said to him that he has his chance to talk now I want to ask another question they he has over people he has to call and said good bye Mrs .Forzstek and ends call I tried calling back and Got Christina who said like Travis said we don't have to be nice this is not customer service, it don't matter if your in collections or customer service you don't treat people like trash they did it purposly to have me call back when I got upset. I want to take care of it but i will call credit one original credtitor my sister does this for a living and she explained that they are collecting a debit that is owed that we can pay the orginal creditor that agencys make money off us what they collect. so if I pay the oringal creditor they don't get that money or the collector's bonus.
