find rare dvd ripped me off and never received my product or refund when i emailed i wanted one Internet

i had order a dvd from find rare dvds.com and my credit card was charged for purchase amount  i had sent a emil regarding my order to get the status cause it was past the time they said i would receive my dvd  i did receive an email back from a gordon james stating they had a back order and they would send out my dvd or i could csncel my order for full refund  when i emiled back stating i wanted a full refund i have never heard back  i have tried several times and even called phone number 207-433-7594 and got message this line was no longer in service  i have yet to hear anything and its been three mths now this company totaly steals your money and dosnt even have products they claim they are first class rip off company
