There are no words to describe this company that disappears under one name and reappears immediately after under another name! First, a woman harrasses you on the phone until you find the time to listen to her. Once she spoke with you for a few minutes and hooked you... she passes you to their "senior internet consultant" who will keep you on the phone for easily over 2 hours to sell you their "campaign" that will promote your website on the first page of Google (at least they did not say the 1st position!!!) GUARANTEED he said.
He pressures you to a point you wouldn't believe that you finally accept ALL what he said must be "true" and all what you knew about SEO must be wrong! I was really brain washed after this telephone conversation, so doomed that I accepted to sign for a 26-weeks term without seeing any written agreement. I am still spanking myself about this! How, as a professional myself, have I ever accepted to give my financial information without seeing in writing the work that would be performed in exchange of that amount. As someone else wrote... they propose you a "great discounted fee"of $2,995 i.o. $9,995 that if you don't take it, they will propose it to someone else because they only chose 1 person in your business field in your city. What a great gesture from them...
A few days later another woman will call you for a "marketing call" to ask:"who would you like to reach through the internet" so they can start working on the "keywords". She also asked for the ID & Password of my website so they could work on it. Knowing a little bit about keywords & optimization, I thought it was normal that she needed them to access the pages of my website. At this point, I still haven't seen anything in writing from them about what they will do for me but silly me I gave her the info that I changed since of course!
The next step is now a gentleman (no need to give any names here... it is never their real name!) who called to sell me more!!! I now needed to purchase the "Advance Analytics" and they must create a "contact form" for my website so I can check the wonderful "ranking" they will do for me. Usually this is free on Google or with your webmaster but he insists so much that you too may go for it. PLEASE DON'T.... DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They have NO clue how to do s****.>
Their own website looks like if it has been built by a toddler. They lead you so well to their "order" form where it is indicating that you are "enrolling" in their "campaign" where they make you type all what he said, to confirm what he said, that... your information leave without you being able to stop anything. As this page was not an https, I did not realize it was to charge my credit card. I pointed this to him and he said "No, don't worry, this is only my website." If you read all the posts... they CAN'T PERFORM. You can't even find them on Google if you search for: SEO LAS VEGAS... and that's what they pretend they do... Optimize websites...
The story goes on... now it's a 3rd gentleman who calls about the keywords. The previous gentlemen said it would be "my" keywords... in fact it is phoney keywords that they will use on a site they will build for me. Ah??? I never asked for a new site and I was never told you would build a new site for me!!! I spent hours building mine. Now.. I kept the best for the end, according to this 3rd gentleman, they will totally reproduce my website, with the same url and that's where people will go and I will hit the Bingo by being promoted on the first page of Google and I will get tons of clients and make tons of $$$. Have you ever heard of such a non-sense that you can find twice the same "domaine name" or url on the web??? I didn't! :-) A t this point... I am totally convinced they have no clue about site optimization and that's why I am writing this report.
So dear reader... when it is too nice to be true... you know the rest and BTW... these people I called women and gentlemen... I should have named them CROOKS because this is what they are. I really investigated about them on the internet and there are tons of negative things about them so when one of them tells you: we have 8,000 clients, how many bad reports have you read??? Well, my answer is: too many already.
Another funny part... well, it's not really funny but under the "public information" tab (which is not even a tab) of their website, they are referring you to RipOffReport. Aren't they silly??? Believe me or not but the Police Officer with whom I filed a Police Report... the first thing he asked me: what is their name and .... he IMMEDIATELY went to RipOffReport. When I smiled... he said: we find everything about everybody on the internet nowadays.
P.S. They are NOT with Dun & Bradstreet They never took the class to be Certified Professional Online Business Bureau does not have much credentials and says they are in Wyoming, and The Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador Program stopped on Sep 30, 2008, 5 years ago!!!! They are really on TOP...aren't they? I meant on top of the Crooks' List
