Travel Insurance, Port Charges, Some folks booked flights and the ship charges. They started taking payments back in August of 2011. The travel insurance company has no money, the ship has no port charge money,the airline has no money and the cruise ship only has half.
Where did all the money for over 330 people go? This money is supposed to be in escrow accounts or deposited with the agencies. Jonathan & Lori have been living on this money. Ponzi scheme, theft, fraud, credit card scam, name it what you want they are Criminals.
Put them in jail, because we will not see that money. Lowlifes.

Jonathan and Lori Baltuch are liars and thieves. We were lucky to get our money back, but it wasnt until after we hired an attorney and had him served with papers.
Thankfully the GOOD PEOPLE at the winery (wont name them as it looks bad for them to have even associated with these slimeballs) have saved the day for you folks. Again, sorry about all of your experiences.
