after receiving the 1 and only item we got set back after 3 days do to wrong size we pay for the shipping on the item that was being return before receiving the item1 that we have to return we started getting phone calls regarding payment never received a bill for the item yet
after several discussions with customer service they informed us we will incur this 30 dollar fee every month company is charging for the full shipping charge for all items even though we do not have any items in our possession

If an order is received that is defective,not the one you ordered ,or the right size ,you should request they send you a pre-paid return receipt lable.Follow the return policy to the letter,incluse all forms,etc. additionally since you seem to know what happened to the other two orders ,include that with your online complaint .
A complaint will be opened and an emails will follow.
Request the releif you deserve .
Credits ,etc.
If you get no satisfaction ,file a complaint with your office of Attorney General against fingerhut and the bank. Include all nessesary informations.
Read their return policy and the forms they send with the order(s).
