during my interview process i ask trainner how will i be paid? trainner explain there would be a base pay for training, & my comission pay would be half off whatever he makes in the course of day while i'm out in the field training with him & after i'm done with training process then i would start at entry level getting paid commision.
wednesday I ask manager when will i get to sit down with H.R to do my new employee hiring pakets? manager advise me he has been really busy with other interviews he will get to it asap. trusting this is a legit company i agreed to come back and work a full shift, trained from 1-8 pm out in the rain. While out on field trainer decides he hasn't made a sale for the day so therefor i wouldnt be allowed to take a lunch, had to go all day hungry & no restroom breaks, having gone thru so much that day!
next day, still no paper work a little aggitated by now. i finally question manager friday night regarding paper work, again he apoligized giving me the same excuses but he promise to have one of the assistant manager sit with me sat morning & complete new hire process. sat morning upon arriving to work assistant called me in to begin new hire paper work. i then question assistant manager regarding pay again just to be safe, question the assistant manager regarding training pay. assistant manager now questions me asking where did i get that infomaton from? i told him my trainner, assistant manager then explain to me there is no training pay for entry level employment however there is a $300 bonus at the end of the three wks training & thats if you make a sale within the 1st wk of training & thats if you're never late nor absent to qualify. puzzle & comfuse i then ask what about the commision pay my trainner said he would be paying me base off his commision? assistant manager then said well lets go & speak with that trainer. assistant manager question trainner about it, trainer lied right in my face saying he never said that, he said he would give me 20% of commision off whatever he makes while out on the field. so disgusted & disaapointed i then explain this is not the way to do business, company needs to be upfront regarding something so serious, let me decided whether i want to work under thise conditons. company totally took atvange of me with no remorse!!!
