First American Leisure Card ripoff Largo Florida

I received a phone call from First American Leisure Card Comp. last August 11,2002 offering me a Mastercard with a credit limit of $2000.00 with no interest. I'll just need to pay a one time fee of $199.90.

The representative then asked me for my checking account info to deduct the fee, and I gave it to her. She told me I will receive the card within 15 days.

On August 14,2002, the $199.90 fee was deducted to my checking account. They also deducted a $10 monthly fee.

Approximately 5 weeks had passed and I didn't received the card. I tried to contact them on their 1-800-587-4152 number but there is only a recording stating that the "business has been temporarily suspended...".

Please help me to take my money back.
