Here's the real deal with this card.4.95 processing fee for your application. They do in fact inquire to your Equifax report.150.00 annual fee as well as a monthly maintenance fee of 9.95. The worst customer service on the planet(I know what your thinking there is one company with over 200 ripoff reports for their credit card but this one is far worse).

These people are even reporting a 100.00 minimum payment to my credit bureaus citing that I sent them a letter saying that I wanted it changed fron 20 to 100 but can't produce the letter. They also tell me that I must send a letter to change the amount back to 20 even though I never sent a letter to begin with.

Even though company reps continue to tell me this I've spoken to supervisors that tell me the problem has been remedied when the amount still shows up on both my credit report after disputing it 3 times in two months and it still apears that way on my account online that I use to pay my bill.

Being that I ALWAYS pay online I could not have possibly sent them the letter that they claim that I did because I never even sent the application in the mail. It was all done online. The resultin reporting dropped my credit score 32 points and was the only change to the report.I have three cards for damaged credit of which two suck. The one from Arizona is the only one that I have had all positive experiences with even though they also have rip-off reports on them.

I am not allowed to include the names of the other two companies in this report. Sorry if I've included any type-o's but I'm too angry to proof-read.

There is now a wealth of information on this company on ripoffreport.com. By far the most incompetent English challenged morons on the face of the plant. Many different addresses given to me throughout my dealings with them. Now they're telling me Atlanta Georgia. Imagine sucks worse than any other card available today.

Here are all of the names that this company does business as.They are so incompetent that they are now telling me that they never did receive the letter from me and that the payment amount has been changed back.I was told that it was changed as a result of my calling them on July 18th 2006 when they continue to tell me that it's IMPOSSIBLE to change my auto pay amount over the phone.

There are so many other credit card companies out there for people with damaged credit. This one and Aspire (another Compu Credit company) should be avoided at all costs. The card costs a total of 270.00 dollars a year for the absolute worst customer service and worst web site ever. You can't even view statements, payments or pending payments. They use this auto pay so that when they do start to charge you interest you can't schedule payments because you cannot do so within sevendays before or after an auto pay which comes out twice a month. The absolute most incompetent people who can barely speak English work for and run these companies.

This is the name you'll apply for the FBOFD card under. They still suck and have never mailed me a copy of the letter that they CLAIM that I sent them. I'm filing a report with the Delaware Attorney Generals Office today as well as on Compu Credit with the FTC.
