Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The representative said that he can sell my timeshare. i told him how much i wanted to sell it for and he said that he had a buyer. Then that if i send in 2,276.00 dollars to get everything started, and i would get the 2,276 back by jan 1, 2012. This conversation took place Nov.18,2011. I haven't heard anything from them since i sent that money in.

We paid money to First Capital Financial and listed our royal elite timeshare to sell with them several years ago. We have heard nothing and the information we received to look at our ad online does not work. We continue to get calls from other companies to list our timeshare with them. If we're already on a web site for sale why do we get calls? I think they took our money and kept it and has not done anything. They told us that they could sell our timeshare real quick. That was just another lie of many when you get involved with these people.
