First Choice Lending, Sara Walters; Chris Palmer LOAN FRAUD AND BREACH OF CONTRACT! RIP OFF!!! PREYING ON PEOPLE IN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP! Ripoff Pickering Ontario Canada

I was applying for a loan for $5000 due to financial hardship my family is going through. Sara Walters from First Choice Lending, or so she says, asked that I pay in advance the frist three months payment for the loan and start paying monthly in September.

I asked that she fax me the terms of the contract which also stated exactly the amount I will be sending and the wire transfer they will be making into my bank account. After signing the contract, faxing it to her and sending the $668.73, I called her to ask when my money will be wired. She gave me an excuse that their computers were down. Then she said that my bank refused the wire transfer. Lastly, she said that the $668.73 advance payment is not enough and that I need to send her another $500+ before she can wire me tha money. I begged her that this was the last money I had and sent her thinking that I'd get the $5000 to pay off my medical and other bills. I saked to speak to her supervisor and they would not budge so I asked for them to send me the money I sent them back ASAP.

Their response was I will get it in 30 days. I couldn't believe it when I sent them the money which they got in 15 minutes and they will not give me back my money and had to wait for 30 days. I asked for their refund department and they kept giving me wrong numbers then lastly told me that their refund department don't take incoming calls.

FIRST CHOICE LENDING including SARA WALTERS AND CHRIS PALMER are heartless people. They don't care about anyone's situation but their own. I don't know how they can sleep at night and feed their families with money that they steal from others who are desperately in need. I leave them in God's hands.
