I keep getting overdraft charges I have gotten them many times when I called to get information they told me that their system shows different from what I'm able to see today I called to remove the origin of courtesy because those again going to get charge due to the holiday that apparently The company I work for did not direct deposit in time I called to remove overdraft courtesy they did that without a hassle but I'm being told that I will be still getting charged $35 insufficient funds fee per charge even though the merchant will not be paid which I don't see how that would affect the bank in anyway

of removing the overdraft courtesy is the company you gave the check to will charge a fee for the check not being honored. So now, instead of the check being oaid into OD and getting one $35 fee per item, the check will be returned unpaid and you'll get two $35 fees per item.
The bank has to process the payment request when presented. If you don't have the money to cover it and you've removed OD courtesy, the bank charges a $35 NSF fee for returning the item unpaid. Every bank does this.
Or you could keep an accurate account ledger and not spend money you don't have and get no fees.
