First premier bank account # xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx principal amount $ 649.40 with interest$ $179.38 totaling $828.78 Ref; # 053334519 This account has never existed and was never authorised by me or anyone related to me. They have asked that i sign a disclosure form for them to give me any information on this account... I will not do this, this is affecting my credit at this point...please tell me what to do.....

If you believe that it is affecting your credit, check your credit report to see whether the account was really opened (and could be by identity thief). Also, check with the bank (call them) to see whether the account exists and when it was opened. It could be a scam trying to get your information & authorization for something else.

They give the email address as www.fncbinc.com with payment options....i do not owe this bill........
