Terrible company to work with, added monthly fees recently, using deceptive practices to hide them. Now charging $10/month for paper statements. Holds you to three year contracts unless you pay excessive penalties. Has small windows in which to cancel account or it renews for another year. Not customer friendly AT ALL. No real reason to do business with these crooks. Much better options out there. I use Quickbooks merchant services, no long term commitments, easy statements to read.
Do youself a favor and stay away from this company, it's not worth whatever they are promising you. They also screwed a bunch of home inspectors using HomeGauge software, with their hidden changes.
Stay away, you'll be glad you did. Tell your friends and associates to stay awasy from this rip-off of a company.
