took 200$ out of my account because i was late on my payment... they had my card on fail from when i made a payment .when i called the supervisor Matt he stated to me that i should made a payment six months ago...and there was nothing he could do .. i stated to him i was calling a lawyer.. then he stated he will note the account for them to refund my money ( i dont think they will).... how could they do something like that when thats all i had in my acct.
