First United Bank Durant Bank Beware of Mortgage Appraisals Durant Oklahoma

First United Bank and Trust Company out of Durant, Oklahoma, hired an appraiser to appraise our home who provided a fraudulent appraisal report. We notified First United Bank and Trust Company out of Durant, Oklahoma about our concerns regarding the appraisal. Greg Massey, in a letter, referred to our concerns as "frivolous" and ignored them. We then made a report to the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraisal Board, who investigated the appraisal and found it to be fraudulent. Not to let a little fraudulent appraisal stand in the way, First United Bank and Trust continues to offer ridiculous financing based on the same fraudulent appraisal. The appraiser they hired to produce the fraudulent report surrendered his license, rather than face the disciplinary committee. Nonetheless, the bank stands by and continues to use the fraudulent appraisal. This is only outdone by their over 23 incorrect reports of our credit. Anyone conducting business with this bank needs to go through their credit report with a fine tooth comb. Apparently their credit reporting system does not properly interface with the Consumer Reporting Agencies, and I can tell you from personal experience they can destroy your credit.
