That company is just malefic evil. They suggested going to every training provider on the list to check the best one, then they scheduled for me a three hour test, then they called me back and refused to pay for my training because I had “marketable skills” in a different field. Or they could pay less than half of the amount of my training if I bring them a letter of intent to hire and explain how I'm gonna pay the rest of my training (about $5,000). They would not listen that with my “marketable skills” I was unable to find any employment for 6 years that was why I requested some assistance with certification in another field.  My case was transferred to some evil malefic female Jennifer Casey who created for me a “talk to my hand” plan for endless searching an entry level position, after that they were just going to kick me out of program. Jennifer Casey also refused to provide with any listed on their website services including “fuel vouchers” and “food vouchers”. When I asked them five simple questions:

1. You informed me that I have "marketable skills" and a graduate degree dated 2008, that was why you denied my request for the training assistance. I asked you, if I am unable to apply my "marketable skills" and outdated degree in Electrical Engineering for my employment, is there any chance for me to get certified with the FIT's assistance?

2. How long do I need to be looking for a job with my "marketable skills" to prove that they are not really "marketable"?

3. May you provide me with gas vouchers or bus passes to follow your scheduled appointments?

4. How long do I need to be searching for the employment with my obsolete and outdated skills and education, so that FIT finally could assist me with getting real "marketable skills" without any letter of intent as in IT they just don't exist?

5. Can you provide me with local verifiable examples of IT related "letters of intent" so I could make sure they are real?

They accused me in “harassment” ignoring that fact, that they were exercising “psychological harassment” on me. They also refused to identify who and how I harassed. The same way people are being accused nowadays in “terrorism” or “domestic violence”.  I requested to schedule an appointment to pick up my file, then Jennifer Casey just scanned my file with all my social security number, driver license, signature, date of birth, address, etc., and emailed it to me via insecure connection. Why would I need scanned copies of my originals sent me via email? Was Jennifer Casey exercising her incompetence, dishonesty or sadism? With such information some Vegas crooks could easily obtain credit in the nearest casino, so I asked Jennifer Casey for the FIT’s legal dept information, and she chose “not to respond”. No DUH! When I filed a complaint with BBB requesting responses for five simple questions above Jennifer Casey responded with five irrelevant responses excersising her rhetoric and demagogy, explaining in different words that they would never tolerate harassment of any kind. My questions who, when and how I "harassed" were left answered.  I guess, those “social workers” lack of social skills but they are real evil, obtaining people’s private information for some malefic reasons, like getting grants for people in need and utilizing that money in some other “creative” way. Beware of those “social workers” as they seem to be just malefic and hypocritical liars, pretending to be more stupid as they really are. However, if they are lacking common sense, and exercising their misconduct and dishonesty in a daily basis, there are more other places where they could better utilize their sadism, like prisons for serial killers, etc.

I was very clear in my complaint about FIT personnel misconduct, and I may back up each statement with solid evidence. I requested assistance with education, food and transportation, I  was even agree to get only license exam paid, since I got all video lessons at home, but instead I was offered classes for resume correction and anger management, for which I had to manage getting somehow on my own expense 20+ miles each way from my home. I hope those lame FIT managers were fired. So far I'm very disappointed that after all false promises I was kicked out from FIT after they made me drive all over Las Vegas to check out different schools and finally stated that they were not gonna pay for anything because I "got marketing skills" which were several years obsolete, since I never had a chance to get practical experience after I finished my school. I was deeply humiliated just for trusting them and believing in their false promises, and after all they even emailed me my personal confidential information including copies of my SSN, NV DL and USCIS EAD as attachments, regardless that I had originals, but they wanted compromising me by leaking my private information to public assess. I may provide with our email exchange if I find it in my history.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We would like to request proof of this incident to resolve this possible miscommunication of your claim.

We would also like to address a few things regarding your report:

  • We understand people are entitled to their opinions. Our FIT Staff have helped numerous Nevadans' with Bus Passes, Food and Gas Vouchers, Hygiene Items, Resume Building, Tools For Work, and provided several opportunities to seek a long lasting career path that will make each client successful in their professional careers.
  • We are not by any means "Evil" or "Out to use people for PII". We simply assist those who apply through our 3 week job readiness training to engage our case management team to remove their employment barrier based off their abilities and/or criminal backgrounds per fiscal year annually.
  • Please visit greatnonprofits.org/org/foundation-for-an-independent-tomorrow for some positive reviews of our company of clients who have received assistance that successfully attended our program. 
  • All FIT case managers are NOT allowed to email any type of PII via email over the internet to any client as we keep everything internal to ensure confidentality of our clients. You would need to come in person to retrieve these type of documents upon request. Please provide proof of such an event if possible for us to verify/rectify, [if possible].
  • For legal assistance or any other concerns you may feel have been violated by any FIT staff member, please contact FIT management using the following link via email or call us using the number list below; lasvegasfit.org/staff/
  • Our IT department actively monitor our team's efforts along with working through FIT Staff to constantly improve the security of our client's PII plus our company infrastructure. Please never hesitate to contact us via email or by any other secure means digitally with any type of flaw providing proof in a secured manner either by verified encryption digitally signed including MD5/SHA-1 checksum verified secure/encrypted beforehand to our IT Staff to re-submit to management to ensure confidentality/integrity/authenticity of the reported claim, or in person regarding any type of insecure connection or insecure communication used by FIT Staff.
  • Our organization's mission is The FIT program offers more immediate assistance, particularly for people who must get a job right now. Clients are provided with job search skills and assistance, taught workplace readiness skills and may obtain support services, such as a bus pass or food vouchers.
  • In contrast to your IT questions posted, each case is dealt with specifically, and based on what is available typically on nvworkforceconnections.org/etpl/ through your case manager and documented records. [This is also subject to change based on what the ETPL website offers, and what other possible future sites we deploy and/or other available opportunities we utilize to offer/provide as well.]
  • Any type of voucher provided via FIT Staff would have to be verified by both a case manager and their immediate supervisor before these types of funds could be dispersed [In most cases].

That company is just malefic evil. My FIT's case manager suggested going to every training provider on the list to check the best one limiting me with up to $9,000 for the IT training, then she scheduled for me a three hour test, then she called me back and refused to pay for my training because I had "marketable skills" in another field. She would not listen that with my "marketable skills" I was unable to find any employment for 6 years that was why I requested some assistance with certification in IT. However, I was given another chance to get certified if I bring a letter of intent to hire and explain where I'm gonna get additional $4,800 as FIT was gonna limit my training with $4,000 only if I pay the rest of it (not like they were gonna pay $4,000 for any other training). My case was transferred to some malefic dumb evil female, Jennifer Psaki, sorry, Casey, who created for me a "talk to my hand" plan for endless searching an entry level position, after that they were just going to kick me out of the program. Jennifer Casey also refused to provide with any listed on their website services including "fuel vouchers" and "food vouchers". Then I asked Jennifer Casey in writing five simple questions:

So, in response to my five questions above Jennifer Casey accused me in "harassment" and "unprofessional behavior", ignoring that fact, that she was "professionally" exercising "psychological harassment" on me. She also refused to identify who, when and how I harassed. However, if they are lacking the common sense, and exercising their misconduct and dishonesty in a daily basis, there are more other places where they could better utilize their grossness and sadism, like prisons for serial killers, etc. Beware of those redheaded dumb females if their first name is Jennifer, as they seem to be all alike, no matter that their last names are different (like Psaki, Casey, etc.).
