that I purchased from the super gyms fitness blowout company on 6/25/08. This treadmill was used 2 x weekly for approximately 1 hour each time. It was never in any stressful situation
and was never even folded. It stayed stationary the entire time on top
of a mat over a carpet. I am the only person who used it and I weigh 145
lbs. The structural integrity of the treadmill was faulty as the
support from the hand rails pulled away from the metal on both sides of the base. The
treadmill was still under warranty (as per my discussion with the companies tech
support people). I have been in contact with their technical support people without any satisfactory resolution
Super gyms fitness blowout said they would pay for a welder to fix it, but all the welders I spoke to said that a repair will be difficult and probably not permanent. In addition, I have not been able to dismantle the treadmill (after a lot of time on my part trying to do so) in order to take it to a welder. They need to replace it or refund my money.
