FITNESS EQUIPMENT DEPOT WORLDWIDE SCAMMED ME
They ruined the opening date of my business. terrible communication after they get your money. Before they will call you every 15 minutes to get it. placed my ordered and gave months of leway. The day my order was supposed to be delivered. they showed up with 30 percent of it and it was worn the wrong color and unsatisfactory. then they told me they dont have mY equipment and dont have a date on when they can have it DELIVERED and expect me to pay for the trash they sent me. They gave bad options that just would have delayed my opening even more. If you are trying to open your own fitness business i would only reccomend this company if you want to thave someone try and destoy your dreams.

There were some items that were dropped shipped directly form the manufactureres that were unfortunately late. Our company is unable to foresee any problems that may arise through third party shipping. The customers issue was with a Cybex Smith Machine. The customer claimed it was not the model they had purchased, however, what was delivered, was what was on the sales order which was approved and signed by the customer prior to delivery.
